It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Elma Turner of Tipton, Iowa, who passed away on February 12, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Betty may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Betty touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lloyd Stewart and Laura Dora Stewart (Stender); her husband Robert Lloyd Turner; and her sister Lavonne Martinek. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Kelly (Bill); and her granddaughter Katelyn Kelly.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fry Funeral Home (220 E 6th St, Tipton, IA 52772). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
