Betty Jane Thumma Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 16, 2023, at the age of 94, Betty Jane Thumma of Tipton, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Jane Thumma to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Rehmke and Anna Rehmke (Eichorn); her husband Bob; her son John Thumma; and her siblings, Luella Rehmke, Rosetta Thumma, Robert Rehmke, Louis Rehmke and Herbert Remke.
She is survived by: her children, Judith Youngs of West Liberty, IA, Nancy Gagner (Chris Urmie) of Stanwood, IA and Mark Thumma (Deb) of Tipton, IA; her brother Herold Rehmke of Clarence, IA; and her daughter-in-law Becky Thumma of Rochester, IA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, family will forward all memorials to the Trinity Lutheran Church.
