She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Frederick and Clara Dora Moeller (Stolte); her husbands, Gale "Red" Leroy Sissel, Darrell Blayney and Hugo Schluter; and her siblings, Raymond Moeller, Helen Sissel and Luella Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Beva Ann Blouin of Las Vegas, NV and Randy Gale Sissel (Jennifer) of Fort Madison, IA; and her siblings, Evelyn Sterner of Tipton, IA, Neva Phelps (Lynn) of Tipton, IA, Alvin Moeller (Monie) of Marion, IA and Wallace Moeller (Pat) of Tipton, IA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
