She is survived by: her husband William Franklin Wallace; her children, Michael, Billy, Robert (Vicki), Deb, Merlin (Penne), David (Linda), Cynthia (Robert) and Kevin (Tracee); and her siblings, Theresa Brimmer of East Dubuque, Sylvia Hitzler of Dubuque, Elaine Harry of Dubuque, Ellen Hitzler of Dubuque, Allan "Bob" Birch of Dubuque, David Birch of Dubuque, Burton "Birdie" Birch of California and Jerry Birch of Dubuque. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
