He was predeceased by: his father Kevin D. Surber; his grandparents, Stanley Surber, Helen Riedel and Richard Porter; and his aunts, Cheryl Jesse and Tammy Broschat.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara S. Surber; his sister Megan M. Surber; his brother-in-law Joshua Surber; his nieces and nephews, Alivia and Noah Surber; his grandmother Opal McNitt; and also Ry Ry. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
