Shimon; her husband Joe; her children, Megan Albright (Blake), Emily Shimon, Heather West (Andy), Shelby Shimon and Mariah Wiest (Dylan); her grandchildren, Kiah, Rylee, Mckinley, Maverick and Albright; and her siblings, Cindy, Shannon, Shelby, Stacy and Amanda.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in her memory.
