She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Ingham and Fern Ingham (Hon); her sons, Joseph W. Jr. and Bradley Birtcher; her brothers, Kenneth (Kenroy) and Richard Ingham; and her great grandchild Kathryn Birtcher.

She is survived by: her former husband Joseph William Birtcher Sr. (Bill); and her daughters, Josanna Walker (David) and Jayna Dozier. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a great great grandson along with many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace United Methodist Church or to a charity of the donor's choice.
