She is survived by: her mother Edith Ayala; her former husband Michael Wurth; her husband Mike of Tiffin; her sons, Michael of Iowa City and Nicholas of Iowa City; her siblings, Dionel, Wesley and Ana; her mother-in-law Doris Wurth of Iowa City; and her sister Gracie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Iowa City Hospice.
