It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patty Ann Kiefer of Thornton, Iowa, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on March 3, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Thompson and Estella Thompson (Jose); her siblings, Ernie and Peggy; and her grandchildren, Zachary and Jenna Kiefer.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Kiefer; her daughter Janey Burik (Jim); her grandchildren, Damian Reimer and Desirae Lowell (Mike); her great grandchildren, Nora, Michael, Xavia, Bentley and Layne; her son Ken Kiefer, Jr. (Lori); her grandchildren, McKenzie Kiefer and Devon Kiefer; her great grandchildren, Haven, Colton and Jaxton; her daughter Tonya Shehata (Mark); her grandchildren, Thomas and Antonios; her daughter Tammy Charlson (Jake); and her siblings, Troy Thompson (Sherry), Irene Thompson and Dorothy O'Donnell (Danny). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
