With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marladean Devries (Thornton, Iowa), who passed away on April 17, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Miller and Ruth Miller (Hartwig); her husband John DeVries (Butch); her daughter Kim Suntken; and her siblings-in-law, Don DeVries (Shirley), Robert DeVries (Betty), Alvina Muhlenbruch (Wayne), Lucille DeVries, Mary Wiebenga (Clarence), Mildred Jensen (Eugene) and Hans Springer.
She is survived by: her daughter Kris DeVries (Scott) of Apple Valley, MN; her grandchildren, Ashley Lyrek (Ryan), Taylor Wirth, Erin, Abbie and Jake Suntken; her son-in-law Neal Suntken; and her siblings-in-law, Richard DeVries (Dina) and Rose Springer.
