He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Heibel and Naomi Sarah Heibel (Bench); and his brother John Heibel. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his sons, Conrad Jr. (Katie) of Annapolis and Timothy (Lorraine) of Annapolis; his grandchildren, Jane, Peter, Griffin and Cooper Heibel; and his brothers, Joe Heibel of Pennsylvania and Richard "Dick" (Mary) of Pennsylvania.
The family would like donations made to MercyOne North Iowa Hospice in Moxie's name.
