He was predeceased by: his mother Pearl Kreutzkampf; and his siblings, LaVonne Naeve of Humboldt, Irma Rosa of Humble, TX and Carl Kreutzkampf of Moweaqua, IL.. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hawkes of Mcclelland, IA; and his sisters, Doris McDill of Seattle, WA and June Kreutzkampf of Duluth, MN. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
