He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Hoffman of Irving, Texas; his children, Jimmy Hoffman (Christine) and Molly Hodges (Alan); his granddaughters, Summer Hodges of Flower Mound, Texas, Faith Hoffman of Flower Mound, Texas and Skye Hoffman of Flower Mound, Texas; his sister Dorothy (Tom Lanning) of Omaha, Nebraska; and his siblings-in-law, Clark Mantz (Lori) of Las Vegas, Nevada and Debbie Marlton of Minnesota. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
