She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Steffes and Josephine Steffes; her son Gary Irlmeier (Joyce); her siblings, Irene Ertz, Betty Wittrock, Florence Kokenge, Hilda Schroeder, Lucille Galloway, Lawrence and Norbert Steffes; and her sons-in-law, Cletus Sporrer and Jerry Anthony.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Irlmeier (Janice) of Charleston, SC, Beverly Sporrer of Templeton, Gloria Anthony (Wilson Griffin) of Charleston, SC and Rhonda Schwaller (Dave) of Templeton; her daughter-in-law Betty Klocke (Tom) of Coon Rapids; and her sister Colette "Tootie" Wernimont of Storm Lake. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
