She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Brown and Rose Brown (Whitebreast); her husband Elmer A. Johnson; and her siblings, Wilson, Clinton, Gilbert, Marcella, Milton, Bruce and Arlene.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Johnson of Waterloo, Bruce Leitz of Cedar Falls and Julie Johnson of Tama; her brothers, Isaac Roberts (Liz) of Tama and Nathan Bear of Tama; and her grandchildren, Matthew Johnson (Jessica), Avery, Sawyer, Stephanie Savitt (Sean), Griffin, Nicole Leitz-Garcia (James), Jake, Ella, Blake Leitz, Cassandra Flagg (Daemon), Jezebel, Dahlia, Anakin, Ceisha Van Wey, Kenyon, Cyrus, Celsie Van Wey, Cadon, Camran Johnson, Kyler and Kiara Johnson-Whitefish. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and adopted children.
