He is survived by: his wife Liz Forde of Tama, IA; his children, Mark Forde (Rhonda) of Houston, TX, Pete Forde (Maria) of Denton, TX and Christy Robertson (David) of Willis, TX; and his siblings, Shirley Peterson of York, NE and Stan Forde (Judy) of College Station, TX. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
