He was predeceased by: his parents, William Staker and Edith Staker (Nessler); and his siblings, LeMoine Staker, Gilmar, Lucille Beck and Darlene.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Schelker; his sons, Gene Staker (Sue), Daryl Staker (Kathy) of Tama and Randy Staker (Barb) of Cocoa Beach, FL; and his brother Marvin Staker (Verona) of Traer. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
