With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leonard Henry Kriegel Jr. of Tama, Iowa, born in Marshalltown, Iowa, who passed away on December 25, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Henry and Lillian Kriegel Sr. (Tesar); his siblings, Mark Kriegel and Anna Lea Arnold (Jerry); his grandson Thomas Hopper; and his niece Ann Willett.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Karr of Tama; his children, Jim Kriegel (Valerie) of Kellogg, Jeff Kriegel (Linda) of Boone and Jodi Hopper (Rick) of Toledo; his grandchildren, Nichole Speth (Eric), Jonathan Kriegel (Sierra), Benjamin Kriegel (Gabrielle), Allison Kriegel, Nicholas Kriegel, Nate Kriegel, Rick Hopper and Emily Hopper; his sister Sally Willett (John) of Tama; and his sister-in-law Ronda Kriegel of Tama. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
