He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Walz and Lucille Walz (Brandt). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Griffith of Malcom; his children, Tim Walz (Candi), Tammy Chyma (Steve) and Tiffany Bridgewater (Jerrod); his grandchildren, Tyler Walz, Trisha Hanson (Caleb), Bailey Chyma (Mariah), Kaylee Chyma, Tanner Walz, Alyssa Chyma, Gavin Bridgewater, Abigail Chyma, Emerson Bridgewater and Idella Bridgewater; and his stepsister Cherie Schafer. He is also survived by sister-in-law; two nieces; three great-nieces; two great-nephews.
Memorials may be directed to Living Faith United Methodist Church in Tama.
