She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Dvorak and Bessie Dvorak (Banes); her husband Donald Toalson; and her son-in-law Jerry Schenk. She is survived by: her daughters, Juli Stanford (Dave Bral) of Montezuma and Rhonda Schenk of Tama; her grandson Adam Foreman (Cheri) of Newton; her great grandchildren, Shawna and Leslie Foreman; and her siblings, Bill Dvorak (Janice) of Elberon, Don Dvorak (Jocille) of Cedar Rapids and Louise Dvorak of Montezuma. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
