We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2022, at the age of 74, Jo Ellen Darter (Tama, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Darter; and her parents, Allan Graff and Vera Graff. She is survived by: her children, Jason Darter, Jeffrey Darter (Johnna), Joseph Darter (Mai), RaeAnn Jacobs (Stu), John Darter (Sandy) and Peggy Hannam (Joe); her sister Kay Gloe (Nick); and her son Jon Riddle (Michelle). She is also survived by many nieces/nephews/grandchildren.

Memorials will go to Wieting Theater or Toledo Library, two of Jo's favorite places.
