She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Brezina and Tillie Brezina (Chesick); her husband Ernest James Dolezal; her son Jerry Allen Dolezal; and her siblings, Helen Kasal, Blanche Cibula, Lester, Milvoy, Charles, James and Rudolph Brezina.
She is survived by: her children, Larry James Dolezal of Tama, Gary Joseph Dolezal of Tama and Mary Ann Dolezal of Tama; her daughter-in-law Ellie Dolezal of Toledo; her grandson Steven Dolezal (Mercy); her great grandchildren, Rylee and Reece Dolezal; and her brother Lawrence Brezina (Doris) of Tama. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to St. Patrick Catholic Church or Iowa River Hospice.
