With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geraldine Morgan of Tama, Iowa, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on November 14, 2021 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Geraldine Morgan to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dora Ota (Karr) and George Fulton Brown; her former husband Steven O. Vail; her husband Donald A. Morgan; and her daughter Deborah Kay Vail.
She is survived by: her daughter Stephani Vail Finley (Richard) of Cromwell; her grandson Gregory Toal Vail (Beverly "Ajai" Dittmar) of Cedar Rapids; her great grandchildren, Cameron Vail, Jenah Vail, Xean Vail and Deenah Dittmar; her stepson Michael Morgan (Dawn) of Lisbon; her stepgranddaughter Melissa Finley Wood (Robert Ellis) of Alburnett; her siblings, George Fulton Brown II (Paula) of Kearney, NE and Barbara Claxton of Fargo, ND; her nieces, Sandra Nelson Hansen of Fargo, ND and Sharon Jensen Smith of West Branch; and her friend Cindy Balsanek of Cedar Rapuds. She is also survived by four step- great-grandchildren, ten great-great grandchildren.
