He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Fowler and Ruth Fowler (Hand). He is survived by: his brothers, Dick Fowler (Winnie) of Tama and Larry Fowler (Lori) of Tama; and his nieces and nephews, Steve Fowler (Pam), Kevin Fowler (Mary Hand), Chris Fowler (Michelle), Beth Fowler (Ben Naniot), Andy Fowler (Bethany Minkel) and Justin Young.
