She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Chaloupek and Hazel Chaloupek (Wiese); her husband Roger Lee Hanus; her son Tim Hanus; her son-in-law Joe McLevis; and her siblings, Larry Chaloupek and Barb Riha.
She is survived by: her children, Laurie McLevis of Rochester, MN, Pamela Hanus of Tama and Todd Hanus (Amy) of Eddyville; her grandchildren, Joe Hanus (Heather), Andrew Hanus, Alexis Eldred (Rob), Reed McLevis, Haley Hanus (Austin McGraw), Kallen Hanus and Jordyn Hanus; her great grandchildren, Wesley, Wyatt, Mason, Carson, Ryder, Brooklyn, Waverly and Jaxon; and her siblings, Robert Chaloupek (Darla) of Texas and Beverly Chaloupek of Montana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
