She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Francisco Sr. Tan and Eufemia Tan; her husband Joseph "Joe" Fernandez; her children, Irran, Joseph and Rebekah Fernandez; her grandchildren, Isaac and Lilah; her siblings, Serge Tan (Peggy), Leonidas Tan (Rosa), Estrella Bacolod, Linda Tan, Francisco Tan Jr. (Esterlina), Antonieto Tan (Janie) and Rosemary Tan; her sister-in-law Siso Tan; her brothers, Salvador and Bernardo Tan; and her brother-in-law Tomas Bacolod.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
