She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Kupka and Josephine Carr Kupka; her husband Walter Blayer of Patrick's Catholic Church; and her children, Karen and Stephen.
She is survived by: her children, James (Ruth), Mary Cantin (Bill) of Enfield, CT, Richard, Robert (Holly) and Patricia. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
