She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kousicka and Bessie Dalecka; her husband Leslie Hass; her son Stephen C. Hass; and her siblings, Irene Crouch, Frank Riha and Adolph Riha.
She is survived by: her children, Clara Peter of Jamestown, CA, Alan Hass (Ruby), Mary LaMothe (late Robert) of Huntley, IL, Sandy Coppick (Kenny) of Van Meter, IA and Deb Lang (Ambrose) of Marshalltown. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter.
