He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Mauskemo (Kapayou) and Alexander Mauskemo; and his brothers, Derrick Mauskemo and Alexander Kevin Mauskemo. He is survived by: his siblings, Randy Blair of Bishop, Kenneth Mauskemo of Tama, Adrienne of Tama and Joni Mauskemo of Tama; his cousin Todd Mauskemo; and his close friend Theresa Dickson. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and several grand nieces and grand nephews.
A wake was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at the Bear Clan Ceremonial Building (3349 Gg Ave, Tama, IA 52339). A graveside service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the McIntosh Cemetery.
