He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lawrence White and Wanda Twila White (Shook); and his siblings, Connie and Jim. He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Colleen Blackburn, Kimberly Christine Carter and Pam; his great grandchild Kayce Carter; his wife Linda White; his grandchildren, Dylan Carter, Zane Carter, Clint Blackburn and Bailey Blackburn; his great grandchildren, Alice Schumacher, Axl Carter, Cash Carter and Charli Carter; and his siblings, Crystal, Anita, Deborah, Tom and Steve. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
Memorials will go to the Lakin Library and Envisioning Center of Tabor and interment will be in the Tabor, Iowa Cemetery.
