He is survived by: his mother Doreen J. Bateman (Van Scyoc) of Tabor, IA; his children, Tycee Strawmier (Thomas) of Bellevue, NE, Joseph R. Bateman (Kayla) of Fremont, NE, Brent Bateman Louisville (Shawri) and Caleb Bateman (Katelynn) of Papillion, NE; and his siblings, Jerry Dean Bateman, Jon Bateman of Tabor, IA and Joleen Schomaker of Glenwood, IA.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
