Emelia Whitehill Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emelia Whitehill of Tabor, Iowa, who passed away on November 7, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Syliva Clapham and Benjamin Clapham; and her husband Bud. She is survived by: her daughters, Joan K. Cortina (Armando Cortina) of Miami and Barbara Whitehill (Skip Alligood) of Miami; her grandchildren, Brittany Cortina (Major Douglas Richardson) and Michael Cortina (Silvana Pedrosa); her sisters-in-law, Joyce Shilling, Mickey Whitehill, Veda Flint and Sharon Whitehill; and also, Elias Cortina and Celine Cortina. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Tabor Cemetery (26502 Waubonsie Ave, Tabor, IA 51653).
