She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry August Booth and Pearl May Booth (Lee); her husband Leon Smay; her siblings, Wanda Ullom, Wilma Glos, Roberta Noland, Shirley Black, Lavon Cawthon, Carol Ashmun and Glen Booth; and her grandsons, Joel Skinner and Jeremy Rogers.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Rogers (Mike) of Kansas City, MO, Becky Skinner (Jim) of Bellevue, NE, Rick Smay (Tammy) of Tabor, IA and Roger Smay (Roxanne) of Marietta, GA; her grandchildren, Adam Rogers (Paula), Reggie Rogers, Rosie Newell, Natalie Adams (Jon), Nate Skinner (Tina), Kari Skinner (Clinton Hughes), Jolynn Carlson (Kasey), Nick Smay, Allen Scott (Kay), Jon Watts, Ben Watts, Theresa Armstrong, Phil Smay (Lacy), Tim Smay (Nichole), Shannon Smay (Jayma) and Frankie Valla; and her great grandchildren, John Rogers, Hannah Rogers, Coray Newell, Lukas Rogers, Landon Rogers, Lincoln Skinner, Jonas Skinner, Graham Skinner, Zoey Carlson, Taylor Carlson, Emma Scott, Tempest Armstrong, Anna Ackerson, Zaira Smay, Noah Smay, Hannah Smay and Lucas Smay. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will go the Tabor Volunteer Fire and Rescue Association.
