With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ricky Schropp of Swisher, Iowa, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on September 14, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Schropp and Hazel Schropp; his wife Julie Serbousek; his children, Sara Engledow, Katie Duffield (Beau) and Kyle Schropp; his grandsons, Lonny Belding, Colton Engledow, Dillon and Mason Duffield; his great grandchild Royce Belding; and his siblings, Judy Bracy (Ken), Joyce Sirowy (Rob), Gary (Sue), Jerry and Debbie Takes (Dan).
