With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Myrle Patterson of Swisher, Iowa, born in Iowa City, Iowa, who passed away on November 14, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank C. Schafer and Gladys L. Schafer (Graves); her husband Clayton Patterson; her daughter Cari Patterson-Werner; her brothers, Richard Schafer, Robert Schafer (Jean) and Rex Schafer; and her sisters-in-law, Geraldine Schafer and Charolette Schafer.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brady and Calli Werner of Williamsburg; and her sister-in-law Dory Schafer of Illinois. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to the Shueyville United Methodist Church in her name.
