He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sirowy and Anna Sirowy (Holets); his wife Lilyan Sirowy; his sons, Ronald and William Sirowy; his sons-in-law, Richard Serbousek and Bruce Melsha; his siblings, Bessie Sedlacek, Irene Phillips, Vlasta Rabik, Libby Novy, Joe, Milo and Otto Sirowy; and his stepgrandson Joe Melsha.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda K. Gibbons of Ventura, California; his grandchildren, Eric (Kayla), Vicki, Scott, Kyle, Christa (Taylor), Anne (Paul) and Tom (Heather); his daughter-in-law Jeffree Sirowy of California; his stepchildren, Lumir Melsha (Marilyn) and Lilyan "Ginger" Serbousek; his stepgrandchildren, Doug, Mike (Shar), Dean, Steve (Deb), Stacy (Lonnie), LaCane (Don) and Lance (Michelle); and his daughter-in-law Linda Melsha. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
