She is survived by: her children, Vicki Carter (Lyle) of Williamsburg, Steve Lowe (Kathy) of Cedar Rapids and Duane Lowe (Teri) of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren, Chad Carter (Kara), Katie Carter, Alicia Broadwater, Stephanie Broadwater and Samantha Lowe; and her great grandchildren, Ava Garcia, Evelyn Carter, Ethan Carter and Jessica Broadwater.
A memorial fund has been established for the English Valley Care Center or American Heart Association.
