He was predeceased by: his father Merle Wehr; his siblings, Cherrylyn Wehr-Tuttle and Mark Wehr; and his niece Dawn Wehr. He is survived by: his mother Arlene Wehr (Drinken); his sons, Tylor Wehr and Cody Wehr (Kira Bock); his girlfriend Tonja Cook; his girlfriend's children, Kyler Morehouse and Trevor Bakke; his siblings, Larry Wehr (Rose), Harry Wehr (Ellen), Dennis Wehr (Sue), Terry Wehr (Debbie), Deb Bergquist (Dick), Jeff Wehr and Timothy Wehr; and also, Brooklyn and Bentley. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
