He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Coombes; his daughters, Malloree and Rachel; his grandson Hunter; his brother-in-law Dr. Doug Schauberger; and his friend Michael Waldren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to go to the family to be donated to charities Mike loved, including the Lewy Body Dementia Association (LBDA), Children's Tumor Foundation (CTF), and the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
