She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron Henry and Gladys Averill Culbertson (Johnson); her husband Ronald Lee Ammons; and her brother Myron. She is survived by: her children, Ron, Jr. (Lucinda), Henry (Joan), David (Bobbi Jo), Melody Allison (Steve) and Jacqueline Ammons; her grandchildren, Jacob, Jordon, Holden, Shawn, Brad, Meghan, Kaylee, Dillen, Carson and Elizabeth; her great grandchild Landon; and her brothers, Vernon Culbertson of Phoenix and Gary Culbertson (LuAnn) of Woodburn. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Melcher-Dallas Fire & Rescue Units.
