He is survived by: his children, Maria Beier, Shaylyn DeHart, Sadie Moad, Dustin Moad, Hannah Marie Slaughter, Halie Slaughter and Joslynn Castleberry; his mother Candice Beier; and his siblings, Chris Beier, Chad Percifield, Kaitlyn Burton, Dee Campbell and Alise Moore (Amanda DeHart).
