We are sad to announce that on May 18, 2024, at the age of 92, Neomia Jean Foley of Sutherland, Iowa, born in Ocheyedan, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Johnson and Erma Johnson (Hoeper); her husband Roger; her stepfather Orrin Hurlbut; her son Rodney; and her brothers, Myrlin, Vernon, Lloyd and Layton.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Ramirez of Sutherland, IA, Teresa Oglesby (Jeff) of Columbia, MO, Mary Palmer (Jack) of Hills, IA, Patricia Sickelka (Mark) of Peterson, IA, Rebecca (Jane Houtz) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Richard Foley (Julie) of Ames, IA; her sisters-in-law, Shirley Johnson and Judy Foley; her brother Donald Johnson; and her close friend Margaret Dau. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
