He is survived by: his wife Betty Boothby of Sutherland, Iowa; his children, Patrick (Tasha Hill), Laura DeMars of Greenville, Derek (Sara Hill), Emily (Matt Miranda) and Scott (Amy Elrod); and his brother Norm (Nancy Hill). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and one on the way; 2 great grandchildren.
