He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pleggenkuhle and Emma Pleggenkuhle (Stephan); his wife Dolores Elaine Morkel; his daughter June; his siblings, Orpha Gray, Ralph, Ross and Roy; and his siblings-in-law, Raymond Gray, Alfred Schlatter, Hilda Oelrich, Esther Pleggenkuhle, Ruth Pleggenkuhle and Eleanor Morkel.
He is survived by: his sister Anna Mae Schlatter; and his children, Loris Fox (Gerry) of Medford, WI, Nancy Pleggenkuhle, Lisa Grummer (Scott) of Forest City, IA and Steve (Cindy Durscher) of Sumner. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
