It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Duane Ziegler of Sumner, Iowa, born in Westgate, Iowa, who passed away on November 1, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Ziegler and Dorothy M. Ziegler (Waligorske); his wife Faye Yvonne Latham; his siblings, Harold Ziegler, Henry Ziegler, William Ziegler, Jr. and Hazel Stoll; and his brother-in-law Hank Stoll.
He is survived by: his children, Carrie Ziegler (Chad Brockmeyer) of Sumner and Andy Ziegler (Sara) of Sumner; his grandchildren, Willow and Jack Ziegler of Sumner; his sister Darlene Holt (Richard) of Wadena; and his sister-in-law Doris Ziegler of Strawberry Point. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
