He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Terlouw and Wilma Terlouw (Rozenboom); his former wife Norma Eysink; and his parents-in-law, John, Johanna Eysink and Vernon Terlouw.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Terlouw (Beal); his family, Duane Terlouw of Louisville, Marvin Terlouw (Valerie) of Sully, Ben Terlouw (Kendra), Chris Terlouw (Angela), Samuel, Abby, Jon Terlouw (Katie), Elliott, Everett, Russell, Marlene Bryan (Kerry) of Searsboro, Crystal Montgomery (Justin), Lannon, Sharon Van Wyngarden (John) of New Sharon, Faith Posthuma (Eric) and Freddy; and his sisters, Arlene Vander Hart (Raymond) and Freda Vander Hart (James).
