Harlan Maasdam Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2020, at the age of 73, Harlan Maasdam (Sully, Iowa) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Harlan Maasdam to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred L. Maasdam and Wilma Maasdam (Van Wyk); his parents-in-law, Carroll and Artie VanDerWilt; his sister Jan Handley; and his brother-in-law Eldon Van Wyk.

He is survived by: his spouse Carleen K. Van Der Wilt; and his children, Darrell, Douglas, Dwayne and Cheri.

On June 29, 2020, he entered Newton Health Care Center due to Parkinson's disease which he bravely fought for eight years.
