He is survived by: his wife Susan Sample of Stuart; his sons, Tyrone (Anna) of Eldon, MO, Keaton of Dexter and Brinlee (Stacie) of Jefferson; his pet Breeze; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Natalie, Haley, Baylee and Dawson; his siblings, Patty Peasley (Lyle), Bruce Jones (Judy) and Rhonda Swaim; his siblings-in-law, Charlotte Arnold, Bill Sample, Dick Sample (Judy) and Mary Alice Nielsen (Paul); and his nieces and nephews, Jincey, Gabriel, Nick, Damian, Jonathan, Sidney, Angie, Andrea, David, Marcie, Shon, Ginger, Jodi, Darren, Jaye, Leslea, Lisa, Jeanne, C. R. and Dena. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
