She is survived by: her sons, Warren (Karen), Tom (Gina), John (Laurie) and Curtis (Catharine); and her grandchildren, Ben Varley of Yigo, Guam, Gwen Varley of Uppsala, Sweden, Lena Varley of Phoenix, AZ, Millie Varley (Elston Tortuga) of Stuart, IA, Dani Orris (Kyle) of Ames, IA, Bethany Treffert (Mike) of Plover, WI, Morgan Mable (Ryan) of Leander, TX, Colin Varley (Jessica Brklich), Nathan Varley of Mankato, MN, Catarina and Annabella Varley of San Antonio, TX. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and at 6:00 PM at the Johnson Family Funeral Home - Stuart (123 NE 2nd St, Stuart, IA 50250).
Memorials may be made to the Iowa Aviation Museum (in honor of her brothers' contributions to early aviation in Iowa and during WWII), the Iowa Arboretum, and Lutheran Services in Iowa.
