She is survived by: her children, Kathleen, Donna, Lavonne, Keith, Mary Ann, Dwayne Urquhart of Casey, Gale Urquhart (Connie) of Johnston and Tiffany Dilts (Brad); her grandchildren, Tony Miller (Melissa), John Miller (Erin), Alan Schultz (Corinna), Kimberlee Stanton and Donna Newby of Murray; her daughter Jessica Galaviz (Chuck); her grandchildren, Todd Baldwin, Mindy Baldwin, Keith Urquhart (Kathie) of Stuart, Alicia Urquhart, Rachel Urquhart and Mary Laird (Dennis); her son-in-law Lee Carter of Dexter; her daughter Nicole Rich (Dusty); and her brother-in-law Ona. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; sister.
